WELCOME TO PROGRAMMING MINISTRIES
At Lake Sawyer Christian Church the purpose of the Programming Team is to create an atmosphere where the power and presence of God can be experienced.
If you would like to become a member of this team, you can contact the leaders of these ministries here at the forum! Just look for them in the members list. They would be happy to answer any questions you might have. We are always looking for volunteers to joyfully serve where they are gifted!
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at 360-886-8045 if you are interested in volunteering or have questions.

Auditions for instrumentalists and vocalists are required and scheduled through Celeste Shouman (206.755.7757). You must be at least 18 years of age and a member of LSCC. Rehearsals are every Thursday evening to prepare for our Sunday celebration services. The desire of the worship team is to lead people to worship Jesus.
The video team not only films, edits, and produces videos of LSCC activities, special events, and other LSCC functions, but they also produce videos for use during the worship services and other activities at LSCC.
The lighting ministry is responsible for creating a visual environment that helps facilitate the atmosphere for the power and presence of God to be experienced!
The "sound guys" are responsible for not only Sunday morning services, but all activities at LSCC that require sound. From weddings to sporting events, our sound guys stay busy!
These leaders are responsible for researching and/or writing dramas to illustrate teaching points on Sunday morning. They are also responsible for recruiting folks to participate on our drama team in productions ranging from a simple skit to a full blown Christmas musical.
Ambient Art Team
Whether it's foam core figures, seasonal foliage, or colored fabric drapes, this team creates the visual ambient atmosphere that you experience at LSCC every week.
Computer (ProPresenter) Team
From worship songs to sermons and announcements, the computer operators are responsible for the images that you see on the big screens every Sunday.
Mary Jo Johnson
These dedicated individuals show up every Sunday morning at 7:00 AM and direct the preparation and follow through of our church services. They are the liaison between all volunteers on a Sunday morning. It is their responsibility to make sure everyone is on the same page and the services flow smoothly. From giving cues to the control room, to making sure the communion servers know when to prepare for communion, the directors hustle and keep everyone on their toes!
